Jane Stadler Memorial Park

We'd like to extend our deepest appreciation for Jane's 34 years of public service to the Town of Lisbon (now Village). She was a resident for over 50 years and an active pillar in our community. Her years of dedication to the Town started with serving as the first female Town Board member for 12 years, as the Parks Committee Chair for 4 years and as a Plan Commission Board member since 1987.

The Board expressed its gratitude by renaming Town Hall Park to Jane Stadler Memorial Park in honor and remembrance of her public service to the Town of Lisbon. The official dedication occurred at the 9/11 Memorial 20th Anniversary Tribute Event on September 11, 2021.

Donations

Donations were received in order to update the park sign and landscaping around the new sign. Donors were recognized at the 9/11 Anniversary Event on September 11, 2021. Future donations may fund new playground equipment at the park. If interested, please contact us at Village Hall for more information.
